Enjoy going up along the River Clyde, on a journey that’s both exhilarating and informative.
Departing from Dunoon, our five-hour voyage takes you ‘Up the Watter’- under the Erskine Bridge, passing by Dumbarton Castle and deep into the heart of Glasgow.
The journey is filled with scenic highlights. As we pass Greenock, you may be treated to a breathtaking encounter with a pod of dolphins. Further along, we sail beneath the iconic Erskine Bridge and admire the majestic Glenlee, the only floating Clyde-built sailing ship in the UK, moored at Riverside.
Despite the bustling city views, the river traffic can be surprisingly calm. You may witness shipbuilding activity or cross paths with a vessel belonging to the Glasgow Humane Society, dedicated to rescuing people from the Clyde.
Then we take you back ‘Doon the Watter’ on the return journey whilst you enjoy refreshments along the way.
